Car Insurance Subaru (Car Insurance). I need advice please!!!!!!!?I need advice please!!!!!!!? I currently have a 1994 2WD toyota pick up truck with 180,000 miles on it. I want to sell it for 3,800 because it's a gas guzzler. Do you think this kind of truck will sell rather fast or will it take a lot of time. Once I have the money I want to buy A 95-98 Chevy S-10 4 cylinder truck. Do you think it will be hard to find a truck like that? I am asking these questions because I have a landscaping company and I can't afford to waste much time selling my toyota and buying another truck? With that age, and those miles, you'll likely have to give it away. get a new one Auto parts : Exhaust And Strut Cutoff Tool Acura 1995 . Exhaust Bracket Alfa Romeo 1996 . Exhaust Clamp Audi 1997 . Would this give me four-corner idle control for my 750 Holley.....? I have a 525 HP Boss 351 Cleveland swapped into an '86 Thunderbird. The engine idles at 1,400 RPM with about 6-6.5" of vacuum. The cam is a Cam Dynamics grind with 266/276 @ .050 and .616/.642 lift on 108 centers.....(maybe 106's... I used to run this motor with a "Glide and a brake.) Anyhow, even with 5/16th's holes drilled in the primary throttle blades and the idle mixture screws backed out 6 turns (there's no screw left in the fuel passageway!! The 8itch is free-flowing idle fuel!!) it wants more idle fuel. I'm thinking of borrowing a primary metering block from one of the 600's on my tunnel ram set-up, and using it as a secondary metering block in the back of the 750. Has any of my fellow Y/A! racers ever tried this? Did it work? car insurance. Auto parts : Exhaust Heat Shield Dodge 2005. Exhaust Insulator Eagle 2006. Exhaust Manifold Gasket Ford 2007. Within the past six weeks, my car (a 2003 Dodge Neon with 78,800 miles) has been in the shop five times. I've had the rack and pinion replaced and two new tires. Then a new transmission (twice), rear brakes and most recently, something in the cooling system (fans, a fuse and air conditioner recharging). Out of the last 46 days, it's been in the shop 24. The transmission was under warranty, but the rack and pinion, tires, rear brakes and the cooling system problems were out of pocket, costing $1040, 570 and 670, respectively. If something else were to go wrong within the next few months, I could not afford to repair it. The solution to my problem would be easy if I did not still have 2 1/2 years left to pay off a 4-year loan. Without looking it up, I couldn't tell you exactly how much I owe at this point, but I'm probably upside down on the loan. In my situation, does it make sense to keep driving it and fixing it as long as possible, or trading it in and rolling it into a loan for another car? car insurance. Subaru . How to Remove Paint From an ATV EngineRemoving paint from an ATV engine can be a long process. However, once you've removed the engine (or just exposed all of the parts that have the unwanted paint on them), then the battle's halfway won. After that, all you're going to need is some sandpaper, a sander, some safety protection and the time and patience to get rid of all that unwanted paint on your ATV engine. Difficulty:Moderate Instructions Things You'll Need Sander Sandpaper (rough and fine) Eye protection Step by Step : 1 Expose the parts of the engine that have unwanted paint on them. Make sure that those parts are cleaned of dirt and debris, and that you can easily access them in order to get at the paint. 2 Sand the paint off of the ATV engine, after putting on your safety glasses. Make sure that you have rough sandpaper to take off the paint in large amounts, and that the sandpaper is meant to be used on metal and not wood. 3 Go back over the engine with finer grain sandpaper. The fine grain will help remove the last traces of paint from the metal. You can also use the sandpaper by hand if your mechanical sander won't reach the places you need to sand off.
Subaru . How to Repaint Luxury CarsLuxury cars typically have features that are of a higher standard or tier than their more economical counterparts. If the paint on your luxury car becomes damaged, it can be repainted in just a few steps and still stand out in the crowd. Difficulty:Moderate Instructions Things You'll Need Soap Water Sandpaper Lint free rag Painters tape or masking tape Newspaper or tarp Safety goggles Auto primer spray Auto paint spray Clear coat spray Step by Step : 1 Sand down all the areas that you will be painting with a high grit sandpaper, such as 220 or higher. Sanding helps to create a surface that the new paint can adhere to more easily. If there are any divets or scratches in the original paint job, make sure to sand down so that the surface is even. Go back over all areas with a softer grit sandpaper to create a smooth surface. 2 Wash the car with soap and water. Dry thoroughly with a lint free rag. Lint on the car's surface can cause bumps and drips to occur in the new paint job. 3 Cover any areas that you do not want painted with newspaper and secure it with painter's tape. This will stop paint from accidentally getting on areas that do not need it. Luxury cars typically have rims that are expensive as well. Make sure to tape off the wheels to avoid paint getting on the tires. 4 Prime the luxury car with car primer in a spray gun, or in spray can form. Spray in long and quick strokes. Slowly spraying can cause dripping to occur. Long strokes minimize the chance of streaks occurring. Start at the top of the car and move downward, and then move around the entire perimeter. Allow each coat to dry before applying the next. Two to three coats are needed. 5 Apply paint in the same manner as the primer. Paint in long, quick strokes. Allow time to dry in between coats. To keep your luxury car's paint job looking luxurious, inspect the paint after each coat. If a bump or drip if found, sand it down lightly and reapply paint to that area. 6 Apply clear coat to the entire vehicle. Two coats will suffice. Clear coat will give your luxury car a gleaming, shiny look that is more polished than a regular paint job. Allow up to 24 hours to cure before exposing your car to extreme heat or cold. *ignition system. All three types of ignition systems use the following components. The ignition coil The ignition coil (see Figure 5-11) transforms the relatively small amount of electrical voltage (12 to 14 volts) that it receives from the battery into a big enough jolt of voltage (15,000 to 60,000 volts) to jump the spark plug gap. On most cars, a set of spark plug wires (sometimes called ignition cables) carries the high voltage to each spark plug. A distributorless system has an electronic coil module that does the same thing (refer to Figure 5-10). The spark pluqs The spark plugs (see Figure 5-12) deliver the spark of voltage to the combustion chamber just when the fuel/air mixture is at the point of greatest compression. The resulting explosion provides the power to propel your vehicle. Chapter 12 tells you how to "read" your spark plugs for clues as to how your car is running and provides instructions for removing, gapping, and replacing spark plugs. .
